We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. LovedbyHim, operated by LovingKindFaith, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time $5 lifetime unlock. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all LovedbyHim orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Select the LovedbyHim transaction and choose "Request a refund".
3. Alternatively, email us at hello@lovedbyhim.app and we will help you through the Paddle refund flow.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your paid access to LovedbyHim will end.
