How to request a refund

Payments for LovedbyHim are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Reach us through the Community page inside the app with your purchase date and the email you used at checkout.
  2. We'll verify your order and issue the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe. It typically takes 5 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your paid access to LovedbyHim will end.
