Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LovedbyHim app and website (the "Service"), operated by LovingKindFaith ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LovedbyHim is a cozy Christian app for daily Scripture, prayer, reflection, habits, and community. Access to certain features requires a one-time paid unlock.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, or spam.
  • Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Interfere with the Service's security or availability (malware, probing, scraping, denial-of-service).
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in community spaces.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (software, design, branding, and non-user-generated text) are owned by LovingKindFaith or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes, prayers, reflections, and messages you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments

Payments for LovedbyHim are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are collected and handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Launch pricing

Anyone who created an account before 11:00 PM UTC on July 11, 2026received lifetime access for free as part of our launch gift, and that free access is permanent, we will not charge you retroactively.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in app or by social accounts in the community page inside the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LovingKindFaith is established. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
